A very nice restaurant with super good and fast service. The restaurant was very busy when I was there but still I got my food in less than 5 min! I picked a traditional Tirol dish and it was delicious. I’d love to come back and can really recommend this restaurant.

Goldener Adler: great food, lovely outdoor spot We had a really early dinner here as it's was our hotel restaurant, and I'm glad we did. By 7pm it got very busy, with queues of people waiting for tables both outside and in. If you want to eat here, go early or book. We sat outside, which was a really nice location. We started with very good breads and pumpkin seed oil dip for nibbles. Mains were the "Eagle Variation" (cheese, spinach and mushroom dumplings, Blattln, sauerkraut and Tyrolean mountain cheese) and the Tyrolean Gröstl (fried egg, bacon, coleslaw). Both were really, really good. Drinks were a pilsner and Gösser Zwickl. Staff were kind and spoke perfect English. We didn't stay long or have dessert. The bill was 80 euro inclusive of service. I would recommend this place.

A place where you can taste delicious Austrian cuisine. It is a bit pricey, but I suppose that is the case throughout Innsbruck. The staff are polite and courteous, though noticeably tired by the end of the day.

A wonderfully historic place to dine in Innsbruck’s Old Town. Dating back to 1390, the Goldener Adler has hosted famous guests including Goethe, Mozart and Andreas Hofer. We sat outside on the historic street, which added to the atmosphere. My traditional roast chicken dish was tasty, generous and beautifully presented. The real highlight is the sense of history dining in a building that has welcomed travellers for more than 600 years is a special Innsbruck experience.

Schnitzel (veal) excellent and the Tiroler grostl (traditional Austrian dish - worth trying!) delicious. Good apple strudel too! Not a bad drinks/wine list either. Staff ‘ok’, got the job done but appeared a tad ‘tourist weary’. Can’t blame them! A great meal, recommended.

Wir bestellten Schnitze,l Spinatknödel, Toast mit Schinken und Ei. Nach ca 30min Wartezeit kamm der freundliche Kellner an den Tisch und erklärte uns das er leider vergessen hat das Essen zu bonieren. Wir sagten im das es kein Problem für uns ist und das wir gerne noch warten. Kurz darauf kamm er mit drei kleinen Schalen mit Pfifferlingen in einer pikanten Soße als Entschuldigung. Eigentlich essen mein Kind und Ich keine Pfifferlinge, hier machten wir allerdings eine Ausnahme da Sie wirklich lecker waren. Das eigentliche Essen was im Anschluss serviert wurde war wirklich ausgesprochen gut. Das Schnitzel frisch paniert dünn plattiert und perfekt ausgebacken. Dazu ein selbsgemachter Kartoffelsalat, perfekt. Die Spinatknödel super fluffig auch selbstgemacht mit frischem Spinat, dazu frischer knackiger Salat und verschiedene Streifen Rohkost. Der Toast war auch mit Liebe zubereitet und mit dem gleichen schmackhaften Salat serviert. Die Aufmerksamkeit des Servicepersonals war die ganze Zeit gegeben so das das nachordern von Getränken kein Problem war. Nachdem die Hauptspeisen schon so lecker waren wollten wir noch den Apfelstrudel mit Vanilleis probieren. Auch hier Hausgemacht.Aussen knusprig innen weich einfach gut. Wir möchten uns auf diesem Weg nochmals ganz herzlich bei dem netten Kellner der zu seinem Fehler stand ( wir sind alle Menschen und niemand ist perfekt) bedanken. Ebenso ein riesiges Lob an das Küchenteam ihr macht einen tollen Job und das schmeckt man.

La comida está rica pero nada del otro mundo, el servicio es un poco tardado y casi casi tienes que irlos a buscar para que te hagan caso. El precio es un poco elevado para lo que era y la carta es reducida por lo que no había muchas opciones. El lugar es bonito y es amplio

We stopped here for lunch, and the team were welcoming and friendly. We ordered the steak, semolina soup, and some fries. The steak was delicious, although it was slightly undercooked for our liking. The soup was okay, but we felt it was missing some of the spice and seasoning that would have given it more depth of flavor. Overall, ok lunch with good service, and with a few small adjustments, the food could have been even better.

Excellent - tucked away in one of the many laneways, this cafe was very good. The atmosphere was great (sitting inside or outside). The menu offered classical Austrian choices and what we ordered was very tasty. The staff were friendly and offered good service. Well done.

You can seat outside (under their historical porch) or inside. We went on a busy evening and without reservation, we were offered a table inside near the window, that was very enjoyable, peaceful and could watch people pass by without nuisance. The menu offers many typical local dishes and has extra daily options. I had a good Wiener Schnitzel, my friend had a mushroom Knoederl dish, both were nice. We finished the meal with an artisan sorbet ice cream - along more classic tastes they offer very special flavours such as apricots and plums, which I had together with lemon. We loved the medieval (original) ambience and interiors. The service was friendly and accommodating, and pleasantly they seemed professional local waiters. I also absolutely loved the glasses we were served with, spectacular Riedel glasses and even a blown glass straw instead of the usual horrible plastic ones. I’d recommend it and would definitely go back again

Verspätung: Falls es nicht möglich ist zum reservierten Zeitpunkt pünktlich zu erscheinen, dann bitte telefonisch Bescheid geben 0512 57 11 11, Reservierungen verfallen nach 15 Minuten automatisch.
Maximal 10 Personen können reservieren. Wenn Sie eine Gruppenanfrage für jeglichen Anlass über 10 Personen tätigen möchten, gerne Anfrage per Mail an office@goldeneradler.com
Bei Gruppenreservierungen ab 10 Personen ist eine Hinterlegung einer gültigen Kreditkarte notwendig. Diese kann gerne telefonisch unter 0512 57 11 11 angegeben werden.
Änderungen der Personenanzahl bis 24 Stunden vor Reservierung sind kostenfrei.
Wir sind stetig bemüht unseren Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen und planen für Reservierungen entsprechend viel Personal ein. Daher müssen wir leider, aus organisatorischen Gründen, eine Stornopauschale pro Personen verrechnen, wenn mehr als 2 Personen nicht erscheinen. Diese Stornopauschale beträgt € 30,-
Reservierungen sind ausschließlich im Innenbereich möglich. Im Außenbereich nehmen wir aus organisatorischen Gründen keine Reservierungen vor. Auf der Terrasse nehmen unsere Gäste nach dem „First Come – First Serve“ Prinzip Platz. Die Wartezeit für einen Tisch im Außenbereich ist erfahrungsgemäß sehr kurz. Sie können gerne inzwischen einen Aperitif an unserer Bar zu sich nehmen. Wir geben Ihnen Bescheid und geleiten Sie gerne zum Tisch, sobald dieser verfügbar ist.

We stopped here for lunch, and the team were welcoming and friendly. We ordered the steak, semolina soup, and some fries. The steak was delicious, although it was slightly undercooked for our liking. The soup was okay, but we felt it was missing some of the spice and seasoning that would have given it more depth of flavor. Overall, ok lunch with good service, and with a few small adjustments, the food could have been even better.

Excellent - tucked away in one of the many laneways, this cafe was very good. The atmosphere was great (sitting inside or outside). The menu offered classical Austrian choices and what we ordered was very tasty. The staff were friendly and offered good service. Well done.

You can seat outside (under their historical porch) or inside. We went on a busy evening and without reservation, we were offered a table inside near the window, that was very enjoyable, peaceful and could watch people pass by without nuisance. The menu offers many typical local dishes and has extra daily options. I had a good Wiener Schnitzel, my friend had a mushroom Knoederl dish, both were nice. We finished the meal with an artisan sorbet ice cream - along more classic tastes they offer very special flavours such as apricots and plums, which I had together with lemon. We loved the medieval (original) ambience and interiors. The service was friendly and accommodating, and pleasantly they seemed professional local waiters. I also absolutely loved the glasses we were served with, spectacular Riedel glasses and even a blown glass straw instead of the usual horrible plastic ones. I’d recommend it and would definitely go back again
