Hackl Gastronomie GmbH is committed to making the website of Hotel and Restaurant Goldener Adler at www.goldeneradler.com, as well as the digital services offered through it, accessible to all users.

Voucher system

For the purchase of vouchers, we use a voucher system provided by incert, which is integrated into our website.

The purchased voucher can be downloaded as a PDF file. The PDF file itself is currently not fully accessible. This does not generally affect the ability to give the voucher as a gift or to redeem it.

If you experience any problems or have questions regarding your PDF voucher, we will be happy to assist you via the contact options listed below.

Emails and purchase receipts sent by the voucher system are also currently not fully accessible. The provider is working on further improvements.

Online table reservations

For online table reservations, we use an external reservation system that is integrated into our website.

As this system is provided by an external provider, its technical accessibility is partly outside our direct control.

If you experience difficulties using the online reservation system, you can of course also reserve your table directly by telephone or email.

Online hotel booking

For online bookings of our hotel rooms, you are redirected from our website to an external booking system operated by Best Western.

The technical design and accessibility of this external booking system are the responsibility of the respective operator.

If you encounter barriers during the online booking process or require assistance, we will be happy to support you personally with your booking enquiry.
