Family-owned hotel
Running a hotel as a family business means standing behind the services provided with one’s own name. In Innsbruck, the name Hackl is a guarantee for gastronomy and hotel business with heart and soul.
Thomas Hackl is the managing director of the hotel and also works in service, at the reception and as a technician. His sister Madlen Hackl enchants the guests’ palates as head chef.
Senior boss Josef helps out in the service department and takes great pleasure in looking after the Golden Eagle’s market stall at Christmas time. Grandma Zita – in well-deserved retirement – is still hard at work and helps “when the hat is on fire”.
