Family-owned hotel
Running a hotel as a family business means standing behind the services rendered with one’s own name. In Innsbruck, the name Hackl is a guarantee for gastronomy and hotel business with heart and soul.
Thomas Hackl is the managing director of the hotel and is also involved in the service, at the reception and as a house technician. His sister Madlen Hackl enchants the guests’ palates as head chef.
Senior Chef Josef helps out in the service department and takes great pleasure in looking after the Goldener Adlers‘s market stall at Christmas time. Grandma Zita – in well-deserved retirement – is still hard at work and helps “when the hat is on fire”.
